I've been there, sister. And as much as I hate to admit it, the answer to the down-in-the-back syndrome is muscle relaxers. Lots and lots of muscle relaxers. Hope you are up and around in no time!
I feel your pain...mine has been acting up as well! Going for my first massage tomorrow to see if that might help, hoping she can relieve the pinch...hope you feel better soon. Love the pic you have posted :)
Oh my gosh, Lindy, I am right there with you! I don't know what the heck happened to my body that I can't even pull weeds anymore without feeling I need traction the next day! I've got a heat wrap on now and last week had the same back pain from that weed pulling session. I hope you feel better soon. Last week's took me about two days to get back to feeling normal.
Welcome to my world - mine goes out regularly. I am then like a beached whale and need help getting up to go to the loo! My poor long suffering husband. I do feel for you! Keep smiling Dianne XOXO
Lindy, I'm so sorry! I haven't been by in awhile, so I don't know if you've mentioned how you hurt your back. I assume, though, it was while making one of your beautiful creations. Take care and I hope you're back to your old self, real soon!
Oh dear, so sorry to hear that! I can relate, mine has been spasming on and off for weeks and weeks now, and I'm in a cycle of "on" spasms as I type this. What works for me: 800 mg. of ibuprofen and when that kicks in and I can bend over, lots and lots of floor stretching. Try lots of walking and standing, sitting and laying down may make it feel better, but just makes it worse long term.
It must be in the air... they think I slipped a disc about 2 weeks ago... still in so much pain I want to cry some days... Hope you are better soooon! ( I also hope the same for me!)
Sorry to hear you are having this much trouble to keep you from blogging. I never knew how much back pain could affect your life until I started having leg and then later back pain six years ago. I've been to all kind of doctors and a chiropractor, yet no one has answers for why my back hurts. Very frustrating, but one of those things in life to deal with.
It helps me to lie flat on my back and not move around so much when it's that bad. Good luck in finding something that works for you!
Poor, love!! I am so sorry! I will pray that it heals quickly and thoroughly! No fun! Rest and have everyone bring you everything like the queen you are! HUGS, ~me
